Monthly Page Allowance: 5000 (overcall charges of .25 per page will be charged and service may be terminated by the paging carrier for substantial overcalls)

Reconnection fee: $10.00

Phone Number / Option Change Service Fee (first number or option change if required is free): $5.00

Restocking Fee: 15% (if pager is returned for refund within 30 days of receipt)

*All pagers purchased from pager99.com are covered for malfunction for a period of 90 days from original receipt. If you would like coverage for malfunctioning pagers beyond 90 days, choose pager protection for $1.50/month. Pager protection will exchange a malfunctioning pager for as long as your have continuous service with pager99.com and will also replace lost/stolen/damaged pagers for 1/2 our regular replacement cost. Accounts with multiple pagers that select pager protection are required to have pager protection on all activated pagers on the account.

**Pager99.com may require 2 months prepaid service applied to the first and last month of service in advance in the event a customer is habitually late in paying their monthly bill where the service is being disconnected and connected on a repeated basis. In this situation, if a monthly bill isn't paid when due, the "last" month of prepaid service kicks in and if the monthly bill is still not paid by the end of the "last" month of prepaid service, the service will auto disconnect. If the customer would like to reconnect again at that point...two months of service along with a $10 reconnection fee will be due.
