Reconnect a Pager99.com Pager

Please note:  We are only able to reconnect/activate a pager that was originally purchased from pager99.com.

If you have a pager that was previously connected with Pager99.com and you would like to reconnect it... Here's how:

Call Pager99.com at: 877-724-3799 to be connected to our text system or Text us using the Text Bar at the bottom of this page.

  1. Tell us that you would like to activate a pager that was previously connected with Pager99.com
  2. If the pager belonged to you and the account was registered to your name, tell us that.  If you purchased the pager from a previous customer or on ebay or another marketplace, let us know that as well.
  3. Let us know the city/state/zipcode where you will be mainly using the pager.
  4. Text us a picture of the front and back of the pager so that we can positively identify the pager model and the details from the pager itself.

We will then text you back and let you know your service options and cost to reconnect.

There is a $10 reconnection fee required in addition to the airtime when reconnecting a disconnected pager

If you would like to proceed, we will email you an invoice that you can pay with a credit or debit card.  Reconnections may take up to 1 business day to complete.

If we are unable to reconnect the pager for any reason, we will also let you know.  For example, if the pager was reported stolen or you need service in an area that does not have paging service or the pager was previously reported damaged, we will let you know that as well.
