Shipping Information  

Most In-stock Items ship within 72 hours of cleared payment date.

This means that if you place an order and the product(s) you ordered are in stock, your order will ship within 3 business days of authorized payment.  Therefore, if you paid for priority mail 2 to 3 day delivery, your order should arrive by the 6th business day from the day your payment was authorized.  

If you need your order delivered quicker, please choose express mail or UPS next day delivery.

Important Credit/Debit Card Billing information...Please read and understand before placing your order:

For security reasons, is only permitted to ship to the billling address of the credit/debit card used for payment.

If you are purchasing a pager as a gift, we will need to ship you the pager, then you will need to ship to your gift recipient.

If you are purchasing for a business and your credit/debit card bills to an alternate address that you do not wish to have the pager shipped to, or you own a business with multiple locations with one central billing address and you do not want us to ship to that billing address,  you should first contact your card issuer and add the secondary shipping address to your account.  Make sure the card issuer tells you when this address is updated so your card will not be declined.

Absolutely no exceptions will be made to our security policy.  If we receive an order with a shipping address listed different than the credit card billing address and we attempt to authorize the card with the shipping address listed and the card is declined due to the incorrect address, your order will automatically be canceled and an authorization hold for the amount of your order may be placed on your account for up to 10 business days by your card issuer.  This same policy also applies to orders paid via paypal. All items ordered are subject to availability.

Shipping and handling charges are applied for each address you ship to. 

For shipments going to a New Jersey delivery address, 7% sales tax will be added to all taxable items.

Shipping Options and Rates:

You may choose from the following shipping options: 

  • First Class Mail Shipping ($3.00 with a 7 to 10 business days delivery time from order/payment date)
  • Priority Mail Shipping ($9.95 with a 4 to 7 business days delivery time from order/payment date )
  • Express Mail Shipping* ($25.00 with a 1 to 2 day delivery time from ship date )
  • UPS Ground ($14.95 with a 1 to 7 day delivery time from ship date depending on shipping address)
  • UPS 2 day* ($30.00 with a 2 day delivery time from ship date not counting weekends)
  • UPS Overnight* ($60 with next business day delivery if ordered by 4pm eastern time on a non-holiday weekday)
  • UPS Priority Overnight* ($75 with next business day delivery by 11:00am if ordered by 4pm eastern time on a non-holiday weekday)
  • UPS Priority Overnight with Saturday delivery* ($90 with Saturday delivery by 12noon if ordered by 4pm eastern time on a non-holiday Friday)


  • Orders placed after 4pm on Friday and anytime on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday excluding holidays.
  • Most Orders received by 4pm eastern time are processed within 72 hours for all in-stock items.  However, some items may ship later than 72 hours due to unforeseen issues with our suppliers.  If we feel that we will be unable to meet our delivery timeframe, you will be notified by email of the situation and expected shipping date.

*Certain items may ship directly from our product suppliers and/or paging providers.  Although most overnight delivery and Express Mail orders will ship the same day if ordered by 4pm, circumstances beyond our control may delay the shipment even if ordered by an expedited shipping method.  Customers placing orders using Express Mail or an Overnight Shipping method that cannot be filled in the timeframe outlined above will be notified via email of the situation and the estimated shipping date and delivery date.  If the estimated timeframe for shipping/delivery is unacceptable, customers may cancel with no penalty.
